The Ministry of Social Ministry
Matthew 25:35, 36 & 39  Jesus said: "For I was hungry and you fed me, I was thirsty and you gave me drink. I was homeless and you gave me a room. I was shivering and you clothed me. I was sick and you stopped to visit me. I was in prison and you came to me. "Whenever you did one of these things to someone overlooked or ignored, that was me, you did it to me. "The Message-Eugene Peterson"
Through Social Ministry the family of Our Savior's is challenged to put feet to our faith through Christian servanthood. Education and offering opportunities enable members to respond to local, regional, and worldwide human and social needs.
Responsibilities also include increasing knowledge and educational growth for:
 1. Our partner in mission, Merya Lutheran Church, Central Diocese, Tanzania,
 2. Creation Care, Environmental Stewardship and Earth keeping
The Health Cabinet Ministry supports the Parish Nurse ministry in her role as Faith Community Nurse in the specialized practice of professional nursing that focuses on the intentional care of the spirit as part of the process of promoting holistic health and preventing or minimizing illness in a faith community. The Cabinet provides offerings for continuous improvement of health of mind, body and spirit and identifies health needs of the congregation.

Matthew 28:18-20
“Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
